1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Terra Scope Inspections website located at terrascopeinspections.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
2. Services
Terra Scope Inspections provides pre-acquisition and pre-development property inspection and due diligence services. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer; all services are subject to a separate signed agreement.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Terra Scope Inspections LLC offers an SMS program for inspection-related communications and, separately, promotional messages.
How to opt in: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox(es) in the chat widget on terrascopeinspections.com. The checkboxes are optional and not pre-checked. There are two separate consents: (a) informational/transactional messages — inspection scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and report delivery notices; and (b) promotional messages — occasional offers and availability updates. You may agree to either, both, or neither. Submitting a chat or form without checking a box does not enroll you in SMS.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability
Terra Scope Inspections is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or its services, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Inspection reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection only.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
6. Changes to Terms
Terra Scope Inspections may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
