Once you submit your inspection request, a Terra Scope team member will review your property details and respond within one business day with a scope confirmation, fee estimate, and available inspection dates.
For properties in North Carolina and the Southeast, we can typically schedule within 3-5 business days. For properties in other markets, we ask for 5-7 business days to coordinate inspector availability and property access.
Please include in your request: the property address, your role in the transaction (buyer, lender, investor, or developer), your timeline, and any specific concerns or focus areas you want the inspection to address. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can confirm your engagement and get you scheduled.
All Terra Scope inspections include a detailed written report delivered within 48-72 hours of the inspection date.
